• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Masters

• Master Degree & PGDHRM applicant will get preference.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Garments Accessories

• Only Female

• 5 to 7 years in garments industry at any Export processing zone (EPZ).

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments. & Textiles,

• To aware about floor compliance, housekeeping and employee health and safety issues of all production floors of the factory.

• Inspecting the floor, taking cognizance of various problems and grievances of the workers and taking necessary steps to solve the problems.

• Solve the grievances at the initial stage;

• Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance;

• Carrying out different awareness programmers as per requirements of different Buyers;

• Ensuring proper communication between workers and management;

• Identification of maternity women, registration and supervision of various matters of registered maternity mothers

• Maintaining registers (Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmers etc.);

• Activities such as monitoring occupational accidents occurring in the factory, conducting Injury Investigation, Injury Root Cause Analysis & follow-up the Injury Register,

• Organizing meetings of PC, EHS and OHS, Safety, Canteen committees;

• Recruitment & selection of workers & supervisors, Orientation, induction & training.

• Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective OHS Management.
