Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:
Expert in all kinds of manufacturing QA & QC operation.
Responsible for handling/supporting quality related customer complaints, product recall analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving Quality problems activities.
Perform other duties as assigned & when required by the management.
Be responsible to prepare, check and monitor all the activities of the quality control dept. To ensure SOP and regulation.
Monitor and develop existing QC systems to meet international standards.
Planning, promoting and organizing training activities related to product quality and reliability.
Analyzing, diagnosing and resolving quality problematic issues.
Implement stringent quality standards specified by the organization, to enhance the quality of products and reduce rejection/ wastage.
