Responsibilities :

• Must have experience & handling individually 20 lines.More will be added in the future.
• Experience and qualifications will be required to monitor and manage them.
• Lead and manage all operations of the factory with strong command and control.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of a 20-line knit composite garment production unit.
• Oversee all departments and ensure seamless collaboration to achieve monthly production targets.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline production processes, reduce costs, and ensure profit from every production unit.
• Monitor and ensure timely production and delivery in alignment with TNA.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient sourcing of raw materials and inventory management.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all department heads and staff.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and increase overall efficiency.
• Uphold and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Create and maintain a secure working environment by implementing safety protocols.
