B.Sc in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing from any Reputed University.
Computer knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities :
Responsible for strategic monitoring of all activities of garments production from fabric receiving to shipment and Coordination with all related departments for smooth operations of production.
Ensure on time shipments - Quality standards, Compliance Standards to uplift profit and recognition.
Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
Ensure Proper Method & Time Study Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target.
Sound knowledge on SMV and efficiency calculation, Planning Method, Computing etc.
Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
Reducing manpower by implementing technology and modern machinery.
Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
Supervise the production floor for the highest level of productivity given by management.
Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
Should have knowledge on new high tech production engineering implementation and operations.
Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with merchandising, marketing & Production people to achieve production targets as per order planning.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
Identify process GAPs, extra processes, review root causes, redesign the process and SOP.
Any other task provided by the top management.
