- Age 28 to 35 years
Should have experience working with NEXT buyer.
Responsibilities & Context:
Arrange PP meeting with buyer Qc and do necessary task of PP meeting.
Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing and finishing of garments.
Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
Doing Section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
Deliver any quality controlling message of buyer end to related section.
Ensure product quality before buyer final quality inspection.
Arrange final inspection with all requirement of the buyer.-Ensure everything of QC file and sample in bulk garments.
Taking Sample approval from buying house.
Work with buyer QC at the time of final inspection.
Contact with buyer QC about any quality issue.
GPQ implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
Work as a buyer representative in the garments factory.
