Leading Tent Manufacturing group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Executive - Engineer for its Design Department.

Development knowledge
Coordinate with instrumentation, operations, and maintenance planning teams to align shift activities and preventive work orders.
Facilitate communication during shift handovers, ensuring all pending jobs are understood and documented.
Mentor and coach shift staff to maintain high discipline and performance standards.
Prepare and submit daily shift reports summarizing operations, mechanical issues, corrective actions taken, parts used, and recommendations for next shifts.
Provide key insights for trend analysis, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement actions.
Monitor critical spare parts inventory and immediate consumables during shift operations.
