Experience:
1) Develop and established SOP, flowchart, work instructions, Quality Report/ format based on the products & the customer requirements. Maintain SOP in all key process to secure quality.
2) To develop & implement, execute new customer requirements, process & routine, quality formats for betterment of quality & ensure all procedures are controlled as to their validity, accuracy.
3) Responsible to Set KPI/Quality objectives/Goal for every department, KPI/goal data analysis & review monthly with top management for continuous improvement.
4) Monthly quality performance meeting with top management and follow up taken corrective & preventive action plan to achieve set goal/KPI.
5) Implement the 6S method and conduct regular floor visits to ensure proper adherence to the system.
6) Utilize the 7QC tools to address quality-related troubleshooting issues and establish a total quality management system.
7) Establish problem-solving teams and Lean teams in various areas to facilitate the identification of problems and develop preventive action plans.
8) Utilize problem-solving tools such as 5why, 6M, Fishbone, PDCA, 8D, 3W and CAPA to easily identify and address issues.
9) Responsible to prepare and implement various CAPA (technical audits, inspection failures, Quality scorecard, any customer claim) etc.
10) Prepare yearly training plan and calendar. Follow up the plan and ensure both training, feedback, evaluation, retraining took place as per the schedule.
a.Analysis: Identify training needs for quality personnel and production staff based on audit findings and recurring defects.
b.Quality Awareness Training: Training on 5S housekeeping, technical skills, and quality awareness for operators and supervisors.
c.QA/QC Personnel Training: Train quality inspectors on defect identification, measurement techniques, AQL standards, and statistical methods.
d.Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the competency of the quality team.
e. Make certification and grading.
f. Established red/yellow/green tag system in production floor.
11) Handling various technical audit like- GMP, MA, FCA, FCCA, TTFMS, SQP, Product safety, & Brand protection etc.
12) Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the quality and safety assurance team, evaluate their performance, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
13) Identify and assess potential quality issues, taking proactive measures to address them.
14) Established kanban system in various places as required.
