Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, inventory reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.Experienced in ERP / Inventory Management Software and daily data entry operations.Strong in email communication (Outlook) and digital documentation management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage overall store operations, from material receiving to final product shipment, ensuring compliance with company policy and SOP.

  • Supervise store coordination and ensure smooth daily operations through effective team management and system control.

  • Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and timely delivery of materials as per approved requisitions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods, including proper record-keeping in software and manual registers.

  • Monitor material quality, prevent wastage, and ensure optimal stock utilization.

  • Coordinate closely with Production, Commercial, Accounts, and other concerned departments regarding store-related matters.

  • Prepare and submit monthly consumption reports and stock statements of General Store and Spare Parts to Finance and user departments.

  • Plan store layout and determine storage capacity as per buyer requirements and compliance standards.

  • Oversee housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards within the store area.

  • Analyze Fast Moving, Slow Moving, and Non-Moving inventory; prepare inventory status reports and recommend corrective actions.

  • Lead quarterly cycle counts and annual physical stock counts in coordination with Internal Audit.

  • Train, guide, and develop store team members to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
