Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must be capable of working closely with Sri Lankan management and adapting to a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.

• Set production targets and monitor achievement.

• Conduct capacity planning and manpower allocation.

• Perform SMV analysis, method study, and line balancing.

• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and labor utilization.

• Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and technical teams to achieve business objectives.

• Support new style implementation and production layout planning.

• Ensure achievement of factory KPIs and operational excellence targets.

• Lead and develop IE team members through coaching and guidance.
