• Drive efficiency improvement through monthly style reviews, risk analysis, method optimization, and work-aid development.

• Analyze and balance machinery and work-aid requirements based on factory capacity and production needs.

• Evaluate skill requirements and develop a multi-skilled workforce through effective training and skill development plans.

• Monitor training school activities to ensure skilled-worker requirements are met according to production loading.

• Ensure achievement of QCO KPIs through advance style preparation, effective changeover monitoring, and continuous improvement using SMED and Lean tools.

• Drive SAM/SMV savings through innovative methods, process optimization, and automation.

• Lead process improvement initiatives by developing efficient methods before sample development and identifying automation opportunities.

• Guide the PDD team in increasing automation coverage across existing processes.

• Ensure standard quality levels through appropriate mockups, PPM participation, and collaboration with technicians to address quality issues efficiently.

• Build a disciplined, collaborative, and performance-driven team through effective teamwork, leadership, and continuous development.
