Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015.Good team player, well-organized, Highly energetic, positive minded ,and detail-oriented.Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla
Develop, review, and improve the administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure overall security system of the Factory & premises and personnel by patrolling, monitoring, surveillance, inspection property, Plant and equipment etc.
Take necessary action for renewal of various license issued by government organization, such as trade license, boiler license, environmental license, Factory license, Fire license, etc in time.
Ensure Factory internal policy, procedures and implement management’s instruction when issue by the Management and managing housekeeping & civil works or maintenance in the factory.
Support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, and First party & third-party social compliance audit and buyer audit
Liaison and build good relationship with the City Corporation, Police, RAB/NSI/SB, Industrial police, Fire service & Civil Defense, Kalkarkhana and BGMEA, BKMEA to solve the factory issues & service
Proactive & professional handling of crisis situation like accident, Fire incident, theft issue, unexpected situation/incident due to internal or external factors and legal affairs like contract deed making, hearing of pending cases of the group by utilizing lawyers etc.
Ensure transportation management (covered Van, Pickups, Light Car) and to be able to handle driver, helper, accidental Issues, repair & maintenance, documentation, supervise & check logbooks, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance of all the vehicles.
Improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
Monitoring the IT operation of the factory to facilitate LAN & internet connection, CC-TV, Telephone/mobile etc.
Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyers' requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
Ensure all facilities involving health& safety specially fire safety measures and procedures and follow up hygienic issues.
Resolve employee's grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee.
Support HR, Welfare & Compliance, & other Dept. as case may be, in successfully implementing their functional activities
