Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or equivalent.

• Training in inventory management will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of inventory control and store management.

• Sound knowledge on computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, Software like Tally, ERP etc.)

• Familiarity with dyes, chemicals, and textile-related materials.

• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

• Attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Dyeing Factory

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong Team building and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and deadline management skills

• Applicant must have working experience in Dyeing and Printing Factory/ Garments.

1. Receive dyes, chemicals, auxiliaries, spare parts, packaging materials, and other store items according to approved documents.

2. Check the quantity and condition of received materials against purchase orders, delivery Chillan, and invoices.

3. Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions in the store register or ERP/prime Tally system.

4. Issue materials to the production departments only against authorized requisition forms.

5. Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements to prevent shortages.

6. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile differences with system records.

7. Ensure proper labeling and identification of all stored items.

8. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the store area.

9. Reserve chemicals and dyes according to their storage requirements and safety guidelines.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.

11. Coordinate with the procurement, accounts, and production departments regarding inventory matters.

12. Assist internal and external auditors during stock verification and audit activities.

13. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor related to store operations.
