• Must ensure all types of compliance with new buildings / shades

•Conduct internal social audits and assist in third-party audits

•Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness, and building safety measures.

•Ensure compliance with RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) requirements. (where applicable).

•Conduct risk assessments, safety drills, and training sessions on workplace safety and hygiene.

•Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (audit reports, CAPs, policies, etc.).

•Assist buyer audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, GRS, RCS, BETTER WORK) and facilitate Corrective Action Plans (CAP).

•Keep detailed records of compliance performance and improvements.

•Conduct training programs for employees and management on compliance policies and ethical practices.

•Raise awareness about workers’ rights, anti-harassment, fire safety, and health protocols.

•Assist in updating and maintaining all types of legal documents • Any other task as per management requirements.
