Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall business operations and strategic planning of the company in Bangladesh.
Develop business opportunities and maintain relationships with buyers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Supervise operations including production, sourcing, and administrative activities.
Coordinate with Japanese Head Office and ensure smooth business communication.
Ensure business growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple business operations independently.
Sound knowledge of garments/textile industry and international trade.
