MN Inter-Fashion Ltd., a Japanese company engaged in garments & textiles worldwide in various countries is looking for a motivated staff member for the below-mentioned position in Chittagong.
- Supervisor and Coordinator to execute OEM production
Job Place: Chittagong
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate & Coordinate with the head office in Tokyo in English.
Communicate & Coordinate with subcontract garment (knitwear) factories in Chittagong.
- Supervise and monitor thoroughly from sample development to production until products are shipped by working with subcontract garment factories.
- Maintain records and reports related to production and quality control
- Coordinate with the factory team for proper & on-schedule production.
- Follow the process & procedures of buyer’s requirement.
- Ensure quality execution of orders up to the shipment of the goods maintaining effective TNA.
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure schedules are met and to address and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure compliance with Japanese production and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and changes.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues and defects by collaborating with the subcontract factory’s quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new methods or technologies to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production manager on continuous improvement initiatives.
