∎ Merchandising, Supervising or Management in production of Knitwear, Sweater or Woven Garments.
∎ Self-motivated positive with working attitude, not waiting for someone’s instruction
∎ Proficient in spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to structure and communicate thoughts in effective way.
∎ Good command over Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain records and reports related to production and quality control
∎ Coordinate with the factory team for proper & in time execution of production.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to the shipment of the goods maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Supervise daily production activities to ensure schedules are met and to address and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and changes.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
∎ Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
∎ Identify and resolve production issues and defects by collaborating with the subcontract factory’s quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
∎ Implement new methods or technologies to increase efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with the production manager on continuous improvement initiatives.

∎ MN Inter-Fashion Ltd., a Japanese company engaged in garments & textiles worldwide in various countries is looking for a motivated staff member for the below-mentioned position.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Communicate & Coordinate with the head office in Tokyo in English or Japanese.
∎ Communicate & Coordinate with subcontract garment (knitwear) factories in Bangladesh.
∎ Supervise and monitor thoroughly from sample development to production until products are shipped by working with subcontract garment factories.
∎ Maintain records and reports related to production and quality control
∎ Coordinate with the factory team for proper & in time execution of production.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers.
