Job Context:
∎ MN Inter-Fashion Ltd., a Japanese concern is an import and buying company of garments on the OEM/ODM basis from various countries is looking for a motivated staff member for the below-mentioned position.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur, Savar or Ashulia etc., where factories are located.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall quality functions of a highly sophisticated garments factory.
∎ Supervise a production at the factory to ensure the quality of the garments delivered to the customers.
∎ Manage the schedule and timeline of the entire process of production and provide advices to factories for planning and handling quality procedures to ensure the factory delivers and ships products in time.
∎ Take responsibility for assuring that the factory follows buyers' technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and ensures that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) at the factories are in line with international quality practices.
∎ Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement of the particular buyers.
∎ Provide guidelines and training to quality-related personnel to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes.
∎ Monitor closely all production processes at factories to ensure the shipments are executed on time and as per the schedule the buyers require.
