Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ CA (CC)/ACCA/CMA/ITP preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and maintain relationships with the Bank, Audit Firms, head office personnel in Japan and the Country Manager in Bangladesh for smooth transitions of Accounting and Admin related works
∎ Maintain relationships with different vendors and other correspondences
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, Monthly Salary Preparation with AIT, ensuring in proper record keeping in accounting software
∎ Audit related works
∎ Sound Knowledge in of Tax, VAT and Accounts related compliances for a liaison office, VAT & Tax related activities with return submission
∎ Preparing quarterly statements & withholding returns
∎ Going to bank & other govt. departments for related works
∎ Cost control, maintaining deadlines for each and every work and always responsible for preventing penalties
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in following area(s): Finance/Accounting, Tax and VAT
∎ Advance IT skill (specially in MS Excel and MS Word)
∎ Excellent communication skills, should be fluent in written & verbal English
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Dynamic and hard working
∎ The selected person will have to go for probationary period of 6-7 months with MNIF
Salary:
∎ BDT 35,000 to BDT 45,000 depending on experience
