Responsibilities & Context:
Key Job Responsibilities (Lingerie Specialist)
Production & Quality Guidelines: Implement buyer-specific quality manuals for delicate materials, lace, and complex constructions.
Fit & Quality Inspection: Monitor and check lingerie garments during inline production, sewing, and finishing to ensure they meet the specific technical requirements for shape, comfort, and size.
Sample Approval: Review and approve Proto samples, Pre-production (PP) samples, size sets, and Gold Seal samples.
Defect Management: Identify and manage defects, such as seam puckering, lace misalignments, or shade variations, ensuring they are corrected.
Final Inspection & AQL: Arrange and conduct pre-final and final inspections based on the Agreed Quality Level (AQL) standards.
Documentation: Maintain QC files, inspection reports, and trim cards.
Supplier/Factory Coordination: Communicate directly with buyer QC regarding any quality issues or deviations
