1.   Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) and SOPs across cutting, sewing, and finishing.

2.   Oversee inline, end-line, and final audits to ensure lingerie specifications (fitting, workmanship, delicate fabrics) are met.

3.   Act as a focal point for buyer quality inspectors, ensure compliance with brand standards, and manage Third Party Inspections (e.g., SGS, BV).

4.   Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and reduce rework rates.

5.   Review and approve pre-production (PP) samples, size sets, and sealed samples, providing technical comments to production.

6.   Verify quality of delicate fabrics, lace, elastics, and trim before production to prevent issues.

7.   Train, mentor, and supervise quality inspectors (QC) on quality standards, defect identification, and measurement techniques.

8.   Maintain, analyze, and present quality reports (defect rates, audit results) to top management. 

9.   Strong understanding of sewing techniques, delicate fabrics, lingerie components (lace, elastics), and fitting.
