Should have experience working in sample section.

• Inspect all types of samples (development, fit, size set, pre-production).

• Ensure samples meet buyer specifications, tech pack details, and measurement charts.

• Check stitching, measurements, fabric quality, trims, and finishing.

• Identify and record defects and non-conformities in samples.

• Coordinate closely with the Sample Section, Merchandising, and Pattern Making teams.

• Communicate sample issues and improvement suggestions to relevant departments.

• Follow up on corrections and re-submissions of samples.

• Review buyer`s technical file, artwork, and construction methods before sample execution.

• Ensure all samples are made according to the latest tech pack and comments received.

• Maintain sample inspection records, sample history, and buyer comment tracking.

• Document all sample rejections and corrective actions taken.

• Supervise the sample QC team (if applicable).

• Train junior sample QCs on quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Provide feedback and root cause analysis for recurring sample issues.

• Suggest process improvements to reduce sample rejections and increase first-pass approval.

• Approve samples for submission to buyers after ensuring quality standards are met.

• Occasionally support in wearer trials or lab tests coordination if required. 

• Any other task by the Management.  

• Salary Review: Yearly
