Strong Knowledge about WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX , Accord / RSC , Fire, Electrical & Structural Safety.
Strong knowledge of compliance & safety standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage critical production support systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage all utility operations including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and related systems.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of power distribution, generators, compressors, boilers, HVAC, and other utility systems.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Supervise utility team members and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot complex utility-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with management for capacity planning and future expansion projects.
Ensure all operations comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.
