- Working experience in Knit Garments / Woven Jacket / outerwear products will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, self-organized and able / willing to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving skill and ability
- Excellent communication skill is a must
- Proficient in computer operation
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & manage the QAteam for better output
Ensure that buyers` specifications are properly understood.
Ensure product quality as per customer`s standard
Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
Ensure that the QMS satisfies the buyer
Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers` needs
Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectation of the customers.
Ensure that AQLof the company is properly maintained & exceeded
Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
