• Experience handling buyer compliance and product safety requirements.

• Familiarity with international buyer standards is preferred.

1. Quality Management System (QMS)

• Implement and maintain QMS in line with ISO and buyer standards.

• Ensure proper documentation and control of SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.

• Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).

• Monitor compliance across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.

2. Product Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with buyer product safety requirements (RSL, CPSIA, REACH, etc.).

• Coordinate product safety testing with third-party labs.

• Maintain documentation related to product safety certifications and reports.

• Support chemical management and restricted substances compliance.

3. Audit & Certification Support

• Assist in buyer audits, third-party audits, and certification processes.

• Prepare audit documentation and ensure corrective actions are closed on time.

• Maintain audit readiness across production units.

4. Process Monitoring & Improvement

• Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with production and technical teams to reduce defects.

• Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and implement solutions.

5. Training & Awareness

• Conduct training sessions on QMS and product safety standards.

• Develop awareness programs for factory staff on quality and compliance.
