Responsibilities & Context:
Winning Fashion Ltd (A Unit of Azim Group)
Responsibilities:
Separate zones for incoming and outgoing production. To read and follow order wise instructions & specifications.
Make a plan & schedule for the jobs assigned to him.
100% Visual final check is done.
Spec inspection of critical measurement stations in place and operational.
AQL and measurement spec done hourly and recorded. Corrective action plan available and implemented.
Random safety testing like buttons and small parts security, done and recorded.
All garments are passed through the metal detector, as a standard.
Metal detector control records available.
Keeps contract with production / Knitting / Linking In charge.
Receives different items from the store for finishing purposes.
Receive the accessories from Store for Packing
