Job Context:
∎ As a Garments Quality In-Charge, your primary responsibility is to oversee the quality control and assurance processes within a garments manufacturing unit. ∎ In this role, you will work closely with other departments, such as production, merchandising, and design, to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
∎ As a Garments Quality In-Charge, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be managing a team of quality control technicians and working closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met. You will need to be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Your duties may include:
∎ Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that all garments meet or exceed quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
