∎ Skills Required: Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Fashion Designing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize Collections: Create and develop design concepts for seasonal collections that align with brand aesthetics and trends.
∎ Trend Research: Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and shapes to ensure designs remain fresh and relevant.
∎ Sketch and Design: Produce detailed sketches and technical drawings considering fit, silhouette, and construction.
∎ Fabric Selection: Participate in sourcing and selecting fabrics that match design concepts and maintain quality.
∎ Collaborate: Work closely with pattern makers and sample makers to bring design visions to life.
∎ Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams for seamless design execution.
∎ Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry developments and emerging fashion trends.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure the quality and integrity of designs throughout the production process.
∎ Communication: Clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to the team.
∎ Timely Execution: Meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
∎ Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance design aesthetics and brand identity.
∎ Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members into design iterations.
