Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
∎ Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Photoshop,Illustrator
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art /illustrations.
∎ Developing samples as per client's tech packs.
∎ Prepare sketches and develop samples accordingly.
∎ Develop and prepare offer samples of the design, coordinating their work in alignment to meet deadlines, etc.
∎ Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming fashion trends, noticing the general trend in fabric, colour scheme, and shape of the garment, predicting the later advancement in upcoming trends, and developing fashion range accordingly
∎ Create visually appealing and innovative graphic designs for a wide range of digital and print materials, including Garments design development with production file prepared.
∎ Capture high-quality product images through photography and/or editing to showcase the Garments for posting effectively. Ensure that product photos are well-lit, clear, and meet the requirements of the Alibaba platform.
∎ Produce engaging and informative videos showcasing products or services. This includes scripting, filming, editing, and adding relevant graphics or animations as needed.
∎ Post product images and videos on the Alibaba platform, optimizing listings for visibility and conversion. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date product portfolio.
∎ Stay up-to-date with design trends and technology to ensure the department's design capabilities are cutting-edge. Experiment with new design tools and techniques.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing team, department managers, and management to align design materials with business development objectives and marketing campaigns.
∎ Maintain a Courier account for shipping samples and products to overseas buyers. Ensure the safe and timely delivery of samples, and manage shipping costs effectively.
∎ Maintain high-quality standards for all design and media output, ensuring consistency in branding, style, and messaging.
∎ Conduct research on competitor designs and market trends to keep designs fresh and competitive.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within set timelines and budgets.
∎ Accept feedback and criticism positively, actively seeking ways to improve designs and design processes.
∎ Keep records of all design materials and projects for reference and future use.
∎ Accept additional job duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior of the design and development department and management.
∎ Initial costing for Sample.
∎ Follow Up with Buyer.
∎ Day to Days Sample Development Monitoring.
