Job Context:
∎ As a Garments Quality Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the quality control and assurance processes within a garments manufacturing unit. This involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring the production process to ensure that all garments meet or exceed quality standards, and identifying areas for improvement.

∎ In this role, you will work closely with other departments, such as production, merchandising, and design, to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
∎
∎ As a Garments Quality Manager, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be managing a team of quality control technicians and working closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met. You will need to be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

∎ Your duties may include:
∎
∎ Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that all garments meet or exceed quality standards.
∎ Managing a team of quality control technicians and providing training and support as needed.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as production, merchandising, and design, to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
∎ Monitoring the production process to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
∎ Conducting regular audits of quality control procedures to ensure that they are being followed correctly.
∎ Investigating customer complaints and working with other departments to address any quality issues.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet the required quality standards.
∎ Overall, the role of a Garments Quality Manager is critical in ensuring that garments meet or exceed quality standards, which is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and the long-term success of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in RMG quality system Knit & Woven.
∎ Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, In-process inspection, In line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ He will be accountable for monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
∎ We are looking for a young, energetic & creative Candidate who is ready to take challenges in our multinational working environment as a Quality Manager to lead the factory's quality in the next level amplifying industry.
∎ Check the first bundle with factory team as per buyer standard SOP and correct line to proceed bulk.
∎ Coordination, facilitation and management of task within team and organization.
∎ Ability to think creatively & see the big picture as well as the small details.
∎ Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support.
∎ Capable of problem solving & suggesting solutions.
∎ Extremely flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit.
