∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fabric dyeing unit (freshers with strong internships may be considered).
∎ Familiarity with dyeing machines (e.g., Jet Dyeing, Soft Flow, Winch etc.) and dye types (Reactive, Disperse etc.).
∎ Basic knowledge of color matching, shade development and fabric behavior.
∎ Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure in a production environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in executing daily dyeing production plans as per schedule.
∎ Supervise dyeing operations, including batch preparation, machine loading, and process monitoring.
∎ Ensure proper recipe application, dye & chemical dosing, and machine settings.
∎ Monitor fabric quality during and after the dyeing process to minimize reprocessing.
∎ Maintain production records including batch details, machine efficiency, and downtime logs.
∎ Coordinate with Lab, Maintenance, and Quality departments to resolve production issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures.
∎ Report any abnormalities in shade matching, dye fastness, or machine operation to the reporting authority.
∎ Support efforts to optimize dyeing processes for better productivity and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Production Officer to support and monitor daily operations in our Fabric Dyeing Unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with dyeing processes, production planning, and fabric handling. This role is essential to ensure smooth production flow, quality output, and on-time delivery.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
