Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare the sample fabric delivery on a booking basis as per the sample submit schedule and follow up on the required development yarn with the marketing team and factory.
- Sample flow to avoid any interruption while implementing the plan.
- Research the critical path of knitting, dyeing, and finishing for the new development sample as soon as the bookings are received and prepare the way to produce the sample with optimum quality within the specified time.
- Keep all the documents for the current process parameters to implement them during bulk production.
- Ensure the Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing samples between production have good working availability
- Consult with merchandisers of different buyers for color, quality, and quantity-related issues.
- Communicate with the lab for lab dip and fabric testing-related issues.
- Regular discussion with the Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing department for implementation of sample-related issues.
- Consult with store & sample section for fabric delivery, receive and balance related issue
