∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ •Good in MS Office package specially in MS Excel;
∎ • Experience of working on Payroll Software
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •Managing employees' data related to payroll;
∎ •Preparing monthly salary sheets;
∎ •Managing any changes or revisions of the payroll data;
∎ •Managing OT, shift allowance, night allowance, etc. in the payroll;
∎ •Preparing and maintaining final settlement of the employees;
∎ •Preparing monthly reports, i.e. migration, new recruitment, comparative OT;
∎ •Strong knowledge of Payroll system & Software;
∎ •Familiarity of Labor Laws & Regulation;
∎ •Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy & compliance;
∎ •Experienced in risk management related to payment and fraud prevention;
∎ •Any other jobs as assigned by the management.
