Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor all civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works of factory buildings and associated infrastructure.
Prepare project estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), work schedules, and cost analysis.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved timeline and budget.
Conduct regular inspections of factory buildings, boundary walls, roads, drainage systems, and utility structures, and recommend necessary repairs.
Verify contractors' bills and work measurements before payment processing.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, layouts, project reports, and work completion certificates.
Assist management in planning and executing expansion and infrastructure development projects.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to civil engineering and facility management.
