• Experience in education, scholarship, stipend, TVET or youth development programs.

• Experience in donor-funded projects and partnership development preferred.

Context & Job Responsibilities:-

Giant Group has established a scholarship program as part of its CSR activities. We are looking for a Program Officer for this program.

• Design and develop stipend, scholarship and skills-development programs.

• Develop implementation plans, budgets and operational frameworks.

• Build partnerships with educational institutions, TVET providers, employers, donors and government agencies.

• Lead beneficiary selection, verification, enrollment and stipend disbursement.

• Prepare project proposals, concept notes and donor reports.

• Supervise field implementation and monitoring activities.

• Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops and outreach events.

• Ensure donor compliance and quality reporting.
