• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

•Good in MS Office package specially in MS Excel;

• Experience of working on Payroll Software

•Managing employees` data related to payroll;

•Preparing monthly salary sheets;

•Managing any changes or revisions of the payroll data;

•Managing OT, shift allowance, night allowance, etc. in the payroll;

•Preparing and maintaining final settlement of the employees;

•Preparing monthly reports, i.e. migration, new recruitment, comparative OT;

•Strong knowledge of Payroll system & Software;

•Familiarity of Labor Laws & Regulation;

•Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy & compliance;

•Experienced in risk management related to payment and fraud prevention;

•Any other jobs as assigned by the management.
