Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge and working experience on different buyer audit e.g. SADEX, BSCI, GOTS, FSC, C-TPAT, GSV, WRAP, ISO-9001:2008, ISO-14001:2004, OHSAS-18001-2007,etc.
∎ Having sufficient knowledge and experience on different Buyers Code of Conduct and ethical standards and other requirement.
∎ Having sufficient knowledge and working experience on Legal Compliance issues i.e. registration, license and other requirement.
∎ Experience in different leading buyers handling such as H & M, Walmart, JORDACHE, Li & Fung, LIDL, ITX and others European buyers.
∎ Sufficient knowledge and experience on Bangladesh Labour Law.
∎ Having sufficient working experience and knowledge on factory structural & non-structural compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 5 to 8 years experience with similar position in Composite Knit Garments.
∎ Should be well conversant in Bangladesh Labor Laws and regulations, Environmental Act, & Fire safety procedure and ILO convention.
∎ Should be capable to maintain liaison with third party Auditors.
∎ Should possess excellent communication and reporting skills.
∎ Strong communication & leadership skills.
∎ Must be willing to learn to take challenges.
∎ Experience in handling audit internal - external.
∎ Daily and monthly update reporting.
∎ MS Office package well knowledge (Excel, Word, E-mail).
