Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Conduct TNA process throughout the MAZEN (BD) Ind. Ltd. and also collect all training needs from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training requirement. In addition, Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with line managers.
∎ • Plan and design annual training calendar for employees and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training plan and also Manage training budget.
∎ • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions both for new joiners.
∎ • Draw an overall as well as individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations.
∎ • Deploy a wide variety of training methods and develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
∎ • Identify internal resource persons for specific training and arrange the training internally as well as arrange the TOT program
∎ • Liaise with external training vendors to provide training (which cannot be met from internal resources).
∎ • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness (pre and post), success and ROI periodically.
∎ • Track the development of each participant after 3/6 months from attending the training.
∎ • Ensure effectiveness of learning & development initiatives for the company in terms of facilitator, method, content, TNA results, etc.
∎ • Design management development program in accordance with TNA results & support from external facilitator and discover the unfold potentials for further development through involvement in cross functional activities.
∎ • Ensure effective learning need assessment proactively in accordance with functional heads according to business goals.
∎ • Responsible for tracking and maintaining all kinds of training records.
∎ • Implement dynamic strategies to retain talent, develop positive culture and other relevant factors that are impacting employee engagement activities.
∎ • Responsible to design and deliver Talent and Leadership Development process that support the execution of business strategies and augment organizational performance.
∎ • Must have a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices that are practicing in the modern business world
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge on Labor Law-2006 & BEPZA Law.
∎ Adequate Knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SEDEX.
∎ Excellent computer literacy and communication skill in English is a must.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
