Expert as per QA/QC.
Sound knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) standard.
Good Knowledge regarding raw materials checking.
Technical skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential.
Quality systems knowledge: A strong understanding of quality systems and standards, such as ISO 9001:2015,GMP & MDQMS is must required.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends to drive improvements.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary in English and local language for reporting and coordinating with various teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
Quality management : Implement and monitor the factory's quality management system with QMS, GMP, ISCC & MDQMS Standard.
Inspections and audits :
Conduct quality control internal inspections and audits on raw materials, in-process products, and finished optical frames.
Compliance :
Ensure the factory floor compliances with buyer & audit requirements, industry standards, and relevant certifications.
Corrective actions : Coordinate corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues and improve processes.
Team support :
Provide administrative and operational support to the Quality Control Manager.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality-related activities.
