Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparation of Cooking Materials for meals, guest & Management as per requirement
- Follow Chinese’s recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the Chinese Canteen supervisor.Have capability to use Smart phone for communication
- The quality of food ingredients should be checked and its quality should be maintained.Must be very focused to supervisor (Bengali, Chinese) advice.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.Chinese recipe & food knowledges will be needed
- Proper use and tidying up cooking utensils and tools, such as knives, large pans and kitchen utensils, and other essentials.
- Able to serve meal right on time.
- Working under pressure and focusing on cooking while maintaining a positive attitude and solving problems quickly.
- Able to make all type of dishes made with pork, goat & beef.
- Hard working & self motivated
