Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training need analysis (TNA) to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on target audience
∎ Consult expert opinion to identify training opportunities and performance gaps
∎ Prepare and modify content for various training modules
∎ Co-ordinate, organize and facilitate different training programs as per need at corporate office and other units
∎ Ascertain training calendar scheduling and budgeting
∎ Receive training feedback and ensure continuous improvements of the training program
∎ Maintain training record management and report generate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Skills Required: Critical Thinking, Excellent Presentation, Microsoft Office Applications, Problem solving and decision making, Training Facilitation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation
∎ Willingness to work outside of Dhaka as per training need
