Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Job Context:
∎ The Human Resources Officer at SAJIDA Foundation is responsible for supporting the organisation`s human resources functions.
∎ They play a crucial role in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration to ensure the effective and efficient management of the workforce.
∎ Job Location: Head Office
∎ Reports To: Head of Human Resources or their delegated authority

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and Staffing:
∎ Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
∎ Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
∎ Participate in the selection and hiring process in collaboration with department managers.
∎ Employee Onboarding:
∎ Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
∎ Ensure that new hires complete all necessary paperwork and training.
∎ Employee Records Management:
∎ Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
∎ Manage and ensure the accuracy of HR-related documentation.
∎ Benefits Administration:
∎ Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
∎ Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure effective benefits administration.
∎ Employee Relations:
∎ Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
∎ Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts when they arise.
∎ Compliance and Policy Adherence:
∎ Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with them.
∎ Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to supervisors and employees.
∎ Maintain performance records and assist in identifying training and development needs.
∎ Training and Development:
∎ Identify training needs within the organisation.
∎ Coordinate and arrange training sessions for employees' professional growth.
∎ HR Reporting:
∎ Prepare and present HR reports to management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous HR experience, preferably in a non-profit or similar setting.
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
