Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Payroll Management at the factory level will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing Non-Management worker, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
∎ Responsible for Payroll Management of the factory
∎ Maintain and update employee records, manage HR databases, and handle documentation related to HR policies and procedures
∎ Monitor attendance, overtime and ensure on time salary generation through salary reconciliation process
∎ Facilitate communication between employees and management to address queries, concerns, and grievances, thereby fostering a healthy work culture.
∎ Support in organizing training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
∎ Assist in the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes of HR and employee performance reviews
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, stay informed of HR best practices and making recommendations for improvements
