Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare monthly salary.
∎ Check attendance
∎ Maintain manual attendance in different shift and keep record & report to the unit head.
∎ Maintain employee's personal files.
∎ Help the central admin in recruiting process.
∎ Housekeeping the whole factory.
∎ Join new employees.
∎ Prepare final payment.
∎ Check and post overtime.
∎ Maintain ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) HR Modules.
∎ Assist to renew all type of factory license.
∎ Liaison with local government.
∎ Liaison with outside party.
∎ Handle foreign & local Guest & entertain them.
∎ Factory vehicle maintaining.
∎ Handle all type of accidents.
∎ Liaison with local land office regarding factory land tax and other's works.
∎ Prepare department wise salary & manpower status.
∎ Maintaining factory wastage for clearing the wastage.
∎ Check visually wood measurement.
∎ Do any other task assigned by the higher authority.
