∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly production target with quality product.
∎ Perform chemical, physical and proper test of product.
∎ Achieve plant utilization and production target along with quality.
∎ To motivate production team and utilize labor to achieve production target.
∎ Monitor whether all the parameters are correct while running the plant.
∎ Troubleshoot quality and safety issues in a timely manner.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations to exceed company's expectations. Responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery.
∎ Estimate costs set quality standard, coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ Any other resonsibilities assigned by the management.
