Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve plant utilization and production target along with quality.
∎ Analyze production process and gather related technical knowledge.
∎ Troubleshoot quality safety issue in a timely manner.
∎ Responsible for safety and efficient plant operation.
∎ Operate specially control to production by HMI.
∎ Checking all production parameters in a regular interval.
∎ Involve to reduce wastage in production process.
∎ Ensure the quality of the board produced in shift.
∎ Preparing shift report and reviewing production and down time report to increase productivity.
∎ Motivating subordinate to follow company's rules and regulations as well as safety factors.
