Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all types of services to the staffs and external people through HR Help Desk.
∎ Ensuring payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
∎ Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information in HR data base.
∎ Gather payroll data to the HR data Base.
∎ Respond to employees’ question about salary and benefits, insurance.
∎ Confirm PIN generation and salary input of newly join staff.
∎ Ensure input of different types of attendance activities into the HRMS.
∎ As per requirement prepare salary certificate for all levels of employees.
∎ Ensure input of employees compensatory leaves apply through the HRMS.
∎ Update monthly fourth quarterly leaves of staff.
∎ Attach field staff areas as per requirement.
∎ As per the requirement prepare NOC for all levels of employee.
∎ As per the requirement from separation team salary adjust/ delete of the separated staffs.
∎ Project mapping for generate new project.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Employee relation & customer service related experience will be given preference.
∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Good command in English
∎ Proactive & Professional attitude.
