Job Purpose

This position supports the digitalization of transport operations across HO, the Motor Vehicle Workshop, and HCMP–Cox’s Bazar, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly workflow for management, drivers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet software and applications, manage troubleshooting, implement enhancements and new systems, and prepare tender documents for e-auctions.

• Facilitate training on Fleet App for drivers, mechanics, and service staff.

• Manage accident reporting and investigations, handle additional transport tasks as needed, and conduct regular vehicle health and safety inspections with the team.

• Perform daily fleet data reconciliation and fuel-consumption reports, ensure accuracy, identify variances, and implement corrective actions for improved efficiency of Fleet operations.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
