Willingness to undergo training in Dhaka and relocate permanently to Chattogram.

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic fresh graduates/entry-level professionals for the position of MTO– Commercial (C&F). Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 16 to 20 weeks training program at our Corporate Office, Nikunja-2, Dhaka and Factories at Kashimpur area, Gazipur. Upon successful completion of training, the incumbents will be placed permanently at our Chattogram C & F Office to perform export-import as well as C & F(clearing & forwarding) related functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing export/import documentation in compliance with customs, port, and banking requirements.
Coordinate with banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
Monitor and maintain commercial records, LC documentation, and shipment tracking.
Support senior commercial team members in preparing reports and resolving operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant trade regulations.
Liaise between the corporate office and Chattogram C & F office for commercial activities.
