Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer and configure the ERP system to align with the factory's operational needs.
∎ Coordinate with ERP service provider to meet the projects deadline and take effective measure for successful implementation.
∎ Work with ERP service provider and factory users to make every format user friendly
∎ Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
∎ Ensure the ERP system is up to date with the latest software updates and patches.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly.
∎ Oversee data integration processes, ensuring the accurate and timely flow of data between various systems.
∎ Develop and maintain data quality standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
∎ Manage and update data records within the ERP system.
∎ Create and customize reports and dashboards within the ERP system to meet departmental requirements.
∎ Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
∎ Provide training to factory staff on ERP system usage and best practices and cross checking with user to ensure right entry.
∎ Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within the ERP system.
∎ Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and procedures.
∎ Keep records of system changes, updates, and user interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Proven work experience in managing and supporting ERP systems, preferably within a manufacturing or garment factory setting.
∎ Proficiency in ERP system administration, customization, and configuration.
∎ Strong data management and analytical skills.
∎ Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
