Footwear/Garments merchandising Experience with Decathlon buyer will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordinate with buyers for product development, costing, and order confirmation.
- Plan, monitor, and control the critical path to ensure timely sample development and bulk production.
- Collaborate with sourcing, fabric, trims, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with buyers regarding order updates, changes, and approvals.
- Prepare order status reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure cost efficiency and margin protection throughout the order execution process.
- Maintain proper documentation related to order files, approvals, communications, and contracts.
- Manage and oversee the entire merchandising process from order inquiry to shipment.
